The first deliveries of our new particle suction extraction system C|PS³apex to well-known customers have been made in the meantime.
Information security is becoming increasingly important, also with regard to prototype protection. In response to this, CleanControlling has been working intensively on TISAX.
The parts2clean 2023 is already approaching, we are already looking forward to your visit.
In the medical field, we will be at the Swiss Medtech Expo in Lucerne for the first time in September 2023 and look forward to your visit.

Erstauslieferung des neuen C|PS³ apex Bereits Ende April konnte der erste C|PS³ apex, an einen unserer langjährigen Kunden ausgeliefert werden. Dafür haben sich unsere Kollegen aus dem Produktmanagement Michael Männer und André Schwanhäuser auf den Weg gemacht. Neben dem Aufbau und der Erstinbetriebnahme, wurde noch zusätzlich eine Schulung für die Mitarbeiter durchgeführt.

First delivery of the new C|PS³ apex The first C|PS³ apex was delivered to one of our long-standing customers at the end of April. For this, our colleagues from product management Michael Männer and André Schwanhäuser got on the road. Besides the installation and the initial commissioning, an additional training for the employees was carried out.

Informationssicherheit und Prototypenschutz Das Anfang 2023 gestartete Projekt zur Informationssicherheit hat zu einem umfassenden Konzept und Maßnahmen zur Erfüllung der Anforderungen nach dem branchenspezifischen Standard VDA-ISA geführt. Der Prüf- und Austauschmechanismus TISAX von CleanControlling wurde zwischenzeitlich geprüft und die Resultate im ENX-Portal bereitgestellt. Damit kann CleanControlling ab sofort TISAX-konforme Prüfdienstleistungen durchführen.

Information security and prototype protection
The information security project launched at the beginning of 2023 has resulted in a comprehensive concept and measures to meet the requirements according to the industry-specific standard VDA-ISA. CleanControlling's TISAX testing and exchange mechanism has now been tested and the results made available in the ENX portal. This means that CleanControlling can now perform TISAX-compliant testing services.

September, Stuttgart Unter dem Stichwort "Cleaning redefined" werden in diesem Jahr die neuen Herausforderungen zur Teilereinigung und Überwachung der Sauberkeit vor dem Hintergrund strengerer Sauberkeitsspezifikationen, neue Produkte, Fertigungstechnologien und Werkstoffe in den Fokus gestellt. In diesem Kontext stellt CleanControlling die Partikelsaugextraktion vor, die in der Revision der VDA 19.1 aufgenommen werden wird.

Swiss Medtech Expo - 12.-13. September, Luzern Erstmalig präsentiert sich CleanControlling auf der Swiss Medtech Expo in Luzern. Die Swiss Medtech Expo ist der Branchentreff für den drittgrößten Medtech-Markt in Europa. CleanControlling bietet damit den zahlreichen Kunden in der Schweiz die Möglichkeit des direkten Austausches auf dieser Plattform.

Ihre Ansprechpartner Unser Chemie-Labor in Leipferdingen entwickelt sich personell und strukturell laufend weiter. Neben der Laborleitung durch Dr. Alexander Klaiber wird die Ebene der Teamleitung für die Fachbereiche Chemie-Medizintechnik durch Marion Breunig und der Fachbereich Umweltanalytik ab 1. August 2023 von Dr. Jan Kaiser betreut.
